Urgent needs for training, social integration and employability.

This article reveals the results of the SPSM programme – Employability and Mental Health in Europe: urgent needs for training, social integration, employability after a year of activity. The main objective of the ERASMUS+ project is the improvement of professionals` activity in the field of social and professional integration on the labour market of those who developed a mental disorder at some point. It aims especially the improvement of abilities and practices of all involved parties in the process of employment and social integration: beneficiaries, professionals and employers. The project is a plea for reflexion, search and implementation of viable solution that support people in a vulnerable situation at some point in their lives.
